Transition From Home To Preschool

Students are served in the natural home environment setting until age 3. As your child gets closer to turning 3, a transition meeting will be held. The team will discuss what evaluations may need to be completed prior to the third birthday. Once evaluations are completed, an Individual Educational Program will be drafted and placement options will be discussed. Please read the attached document for additional information.
